Respected seniors, fellow members & friends, I am fully aware, that I am here before you as the President of this Ursu Association only due to the love
and affection reposed in me by you all. Kindly accept my sincere thanks for the same. It is indeed a great honor for me to be the president of this prestigious Association which is mainly started because of the fore thought and vision of many of our senior community members and ex CM Sri D Devaraj urs who had mind to come together and to do good to one another, also to others who are in need. This association is one of the prestigious association because of the struggle, hard work, willingness and integrity. It is for these reasons the Association has come to this stage which we all should not forget.

Keeping in mind the struggle & hardwork, our predecessors went through in running this organisation we the new committee have taken oath to improve the functioning of this association by providing the facilities including expanding the structure of the building, which will enable us to extend more facility to the members and keeping the community name high. This is possible only when experiences of each and every one of us is pooled together. I am open to hear from you, your feelings regarding the future developmental plan and do come forward with your ideas and help us in keeping our community value high
Hoping you all will stretch your helping hand in building this Association to a greater height by giving your valuable suggestions, Idea’s, sharing knowledge etc.
